This
module allows for all Payments to Employees
(which are off the Payroll) and Outsiders with
whom the HRDepartment deals. The payments to
Employees may be in terms of Reimbursements
( like Petrol, Driver's Salary, etc.) or they
may be in the nature of further allowances (like
Education Allowance, Medical Allowance, etc.
). Payments to outsiders may be in the nature
of Personnel Department expenses.
