HRIS-APPRAISAL AND PROMOTIONS

This module allows the user to enter the details and gradation of each individual employee on completion of Appraisals. The final effect of the Appraisal, which may either be a Promotion or an Increment, is automatically updated in the Salary of the Employees. The training needs of an employee arising out of appraisal are also defined from this module. The system allows the user to scan the Appraisal Forms (which may be handwritten) with various sections, available for quick and easy reference. Various reports giving the company wide, pan India and department wise distribution of the ratings are incorporated in addition to the routine reports of Appraisals and Promotions. Quite a few of these reports are also available in a graphical format .
